Qualifications:

• Fluent in English (B2-C1).
• At least 0-6 months of CS experience or a work experience involving customer-interaction.
• Graduate/College drop out/Gap year student.
• Free to fully commit to a full time job.
• Able to commit to 24/7 rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer exceptional technical support to customers via various channels such as phone, email, and live chat.
• Resolve customer inquiries, technical issues, and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and provide clear instructions for problem resolution.
• Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately in our support system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to deliver the best possible support.

Shifts and Days Off:

• You will be part of a 24/7 rotational shift schedule.
• Days off will be on a rotational basis to accommodate work-life balance.
