What You’ll Do:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
• Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians efficiently
• Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and availability
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive experience from start to finish
• Maintain clear and organized customer records in our system
• Support the team with administrative tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
• Reliable and punctual, with flexible availability (nights & weekends required)
• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred (but not required)
