Responsibilities

  • Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Greet visitors at the front desk with a warm, welcoming attitude while managing office management duties efficiently.
  • Handle data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other computer literacy tools.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and calendar management for team members or clients with precision.
  • Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining organized records.
  • Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries, providing information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Perform general office duties including filing, photocopying, and supporting administrative functions to ensure seamless daily operations.

Experience

  • Proven office experience or administrative experience demonstrating strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is a plus for handling basic financial records.
  • Previous customer service roles emphasizing excellent communication skills and patience.
  • Experience working with multi-line phone systems and managing front desk responsibilities.
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively.
  • Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties, including calendar management and patient support, is advantageous.
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, data entry, and typing speed are essential for success in this role. Pay: $21.73 - $26.17 per hour
