Customer Service Representative

The Role

We’re looking for a Customer Experience & Support Specialist who can combine technical troubleshooting with exceptional customer care. From guiding customers through set-up and maintenance, to managing cases in our CRM, you’ll ensure every interaction builds trust and loyalty.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer questions and technical issues.
  • Walk customers through troubleshooting steps for cold plunge and sauna equipment.
  • Manage and document customer interactions through our CRM system.
  • Coordinate with operations and fulfillment teams on shipping, installation, and warranty cases.
  • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their experience exceeds expectations.
  • Identify and report recurring technical issues or trends to improve products and service.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years in customer service or technical support, ideally in fitness, wellness, or consumer hardware.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Calm under pressure and solution-oriented.
  • A passion for health, wellness, and elevating the customer journey.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
