Position Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced service office. This role is key to ensuring our customers receive timely, professional support while coordinating efficiently with our service team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer high-volume incoming calls and assist customers with service inquiries
- Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner
- Enter and manage service requests in our system
- Communicate with technicians and internal teams to ensure timely service completion
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (experience with scheduling or CRM systems is a plus)
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
