Customer Service Representative

Duties

  • Greet visitors and clients at the front desk with a friendly, professional demeanor, managing multi-line phone systems with confidence.
  • Handle incoming calls promptly, practicing excellent phone etiquette to address questions, schedule appointments, or direct inquiries appropriately.
  • Manage office operations including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks.
  • Support administrative tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, proofreading documents, and organizing files for efficient office workflow.
  • Assist with customer support by providing information about services, resolving issues quickly, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Perform clerical duties including typing correspondence, managing email communications, and supporting bookkeeping activities as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area while demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with strong computer literacy and organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in person and over the phone.
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively.
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and QuickBooks is preferred.
  • Previous experience in reception or clerical roles such as dental or medical receptionist is a plus.
  • Strong typing skills along with proficiency in proofreading and data entry to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
