Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: College Road, Lahore
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM PKT)

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves serving as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent service delivery, resolving queries efficiently, and creating a positive overall experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Address customer inquiries promptly through phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions
  • Analyze customer issues, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions with appropriate follow-ups
  • Maintain and update accurate customer information in the CRM system
  • Handle orders, applications, forms, and service requests with precision and efficiency
  • Adhere to company policies, service standards, and communication protocols
  • Escalate complex or unresolved concerns to the appropriate departments when necessary
  • Suggest improvements to enhance customer service processes and operational efficiency
  • Manage returns and exchanges in line with company policies
  • Ensure a professional, courteous, and empathetic approach in all customer interactions

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
  • Previous experience in customer service or client support is preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent phone etiquette
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
