Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves serving as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent service delivery, resolving queries efficiently, and creating a positive overall experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Address customer inquiries promptly through phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions
- Analyze customer issues, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions with appropriate follow-ups
- Maintain and update accurate customer information in the CRM system
- Handle orders, applications, forms, and service requests with precision and efficiency
- Adhere to company policies, service standards, and communication protocols
- Escalate complex or unresolved concerns to the appropriate departments when necessary
- Suggest improvements to enhance customer service processes and operational efficiency
- Manage returns and exchanges in line with company policies
- Ensure a professional, courteous, and empathetic approach in all customer interactions
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
- Previous experience in customer service or client support is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent phone etiquette
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
