Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the friendly face and helpful voice that ensures our customers receive exceptional support and service. Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and courteously at the front desk, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls to appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Handle sales order, delivery routing, and other data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Sage, and other office software.
  • Assist with customer order and scheduling questions and maintaining organized filing systems.
  • Provide clerical support including receiving payments, correspondence, and preparing reports.
  • Support office duties such as inventory stocking, end of year scan reviews, filing, and maintaining the office.
  • Offer exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or in person.
  • Maintain strong phone etiquette and organizational skills to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in order management, clerical work, or customer service roles.
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Sage, Hubspot, and/or other data entry tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
  • Experience with Sage or bookkeeping is a plus for handling data entries (sales orders).
  • Knowledge of front desk procedures, multi-line phone systems, and office equipment operation.
  • Demonstrated professionalism with strong phone etiquette and time management skills.
