Customer Service Representative

Plumbing CSR / Dispatcher (Experienced Only)Pay: $50,000–$65,000 + Bonuses and Incentives

We’re a growing plumbing company with 6 technicians looking for an experienced CSR/Dispatcher to handle phones, scheduling, and daily operations.

This is NOT entry-level. Must have plumbing or HVAC CSR/dispatch experience.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and book service jobs
• Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently
• Manage daily schedule and adjust in real time
• Communicate with customers and field techs
• Help maximize daily revenue through smart scheduling

Requirements:

• 2+ years CSR/dispatcher experience in plumbing or HVAC
• Strong multitasking and organization skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high call volume environment
• Excellent communication and phone skills

We’re looking for someone who can take control of the board and keep the day running smoothly.
