About the Role

We are looking for motivated, self sufficient individuals to join our team as a Remote 1099 Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for world class brands, providing high quality support and troubleshooting from the comfort of your home office. Responsibilities

* Handle inbound customer calls or chats for major retail, travel, or utility clients.

* Resolve customer inquiries, process orders, and provide technical troubleshooting.

* Maintain high levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Computer & Equipment Requirements

To ensure a secure and stable connection, your home office must meet the following minimum technical specifications:

* Operating System: Windows 10 or Windows 11 (64-bit). Note: Tablets, Netbooks, macOS and Chromebooks are not supported.

* Processor: Intel i-class (i3, i5, i7) or AMD Ryzen/APU class (minimum 1.4 GHz).

* Memory (RAM): 8 GB RAM (minimum 4 GB required, but 8 GB is highly recommended for performance).

* Hard Drive: 60 GB total space (minimum 20 GB available).

* Internet: Hardwired Ethernet connection (No Wi-Fi allowed).

* Speeds: Minimum 10 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload.

* Monitor: Minimum 1280 x 1024 resolution (Dual monitors are highly recommended for many programs but are NOT required unless stated).

* Accessories: A hardwired USB headset with noise-canceling capabilities.

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent.

* Strong communication skills and empathy for the customer.

* Ability to pass a background check.

* Ability to work independently as a 1099 Independent Contractor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
