Customer Service Representative

Al Khebra Driving Academy is looking for a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via online channels
  • Provide accurate information about driving courses, schedules, and fees
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
  • Manage registrations, bookings, and documentation
  • Maintain customer records and update system data
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
  • Arabic and English Speaker
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Good computer skills and familiarity with office systems
  • Customer-focused attitude with a professional appearance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role preferred

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
