Al Khebra Driving Academy is looking for a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via online channels
- Provide accurate information about driving courses, schedules, and fees
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Manage registrations, bookings, and documentation
- Maintain customer records and update system data
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
- Arabic and English Speaker
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Good computer skills and familiarity with office systems
- Customer-focused attitude with a professional appearance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role preferred
