Customer Service Representative

Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: College Road, Lahore
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: Night Shift (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT)

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to become part of our team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their queries and concerns are handled efficiently while delivering an excellent service experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a prompt and professional manner
  • Identify customer issues, determine root causes, and provide effective solutions with proper follow-up
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and information within the CRM system
  • Process orders, applications, and service requests accurately and efficiently
  • Follow company policies, service standards, and communication guidelines
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to relevant departments when required
  • Recommend improvements to enhance customer service processes and efficiency
  • Handle returns and exchanges according to company procedures
  • Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and a customer-centric approach at all times

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Prior experience in customer service or client support is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong phone etiquette
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
