Customer Service Representative

IGET SOLUTIONS PVT LTD looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy across various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding company services, procedures, and policies to customers.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints effectively while ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain comprehensive and precise records of all customer interactions within the system.
  • Follow up with customers to confirm that their concerns have been addressed and resolved satisfactorily.
  • Uphold a consistently professional demeanor and deliver exceptional customer support at all times.

Requirements:

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with a focus on active listening and customer-centric solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm and composed while managing customer interactions, even in high-pressure situations.

  • Timings: 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM (Night Shift)
  • Location: 31/A-Plaza, AA Block, Sector D, Canal Heights, Bahria Town Lahore
