Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Karachi Division. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer queries and complaints through different channels including phone, email, and chat. They will proactively engage customers and ensure customer satisfaction by developing a deep understanding of the company’s products and services. The Customer Service Representative will also maintain customer records and escalate complex queries to the appropriate department.
