Customer Success Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Global Customer Support Associate to handle international customer interactions across voice and chat channels. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent service delivery, resolve customer concerns efficiently, and maintain a high standard of professionalism while supporting global clients.Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound customer interactions for international clients via calls or chatProvide accurate information regarding products, services, and policiesResolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical/basic service issues in a timely mannerMaintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systemsMeet individual and team performance targets, including quality and productivity metricsEscalate complex issues to relevant departments when requiredMaintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism at all times.Requirements:1.
