Global Customer Support Associate (Voice & Chat)

Job Overview

ibex Pakistan is looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Global Customer Support team. As a Global Customer Support Associate, you will assist international customers through both voice and chat channels while delivering exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via voice calls and chat.
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and company policies.
• Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and basic technical or service-related issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Achieve individual and team quality and productivity targets.
• Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
• Ensure a positive customer experience while maintaining professionalism at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Matric/O Levels or above (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.
• Fluent English is required, with an American or neutral accent preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid CNIC.
• Willingness to work rotational evening and night shifts.

Shift Details

• Rotational shifts are scheduled between 4:00 PM and 11:00 AM.
• Each shift is 9 hours, including break time.
• Shift timings are assigned by the company and cannot be selected by employees.
• Late-night shifts are mandatory as part of the rotational schedule.
