Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer interactions for international clients via calls or chat.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical/basic service issues in a timely manner.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Meet individual and team performance targets, including quality and productivity metrics.
Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when required.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
Intermediate / Higher Secondary education or above.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to work night shifts and rotational schedules.
Customer-focused attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
Basic computer and typing skills.
Additional:
1. Previous CSR experience is a plus.
