Salary: 80,000-100,000 basic plus commission

Job Overview

KDYS Lab is hiring Customer Support Representatives for an international campaign. The ideal candidate must have strong English communication skills and the ability to handle customers professionally across calls, chats, or emails.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle international customer interactions via calls, chats, and emails
  • Provide accurate information regarding products/services
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently
  • Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach
  • Meet daily and weekly performance targets
  • Record and update customer information in systems

Requirements

  • Fluent spoken English (mandatory)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing, etc.)
  • Ability to work in night shift
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
  • Fresh candidates with strong English are encouraged to apply

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in international call centers / campaigns
  • Experience with CRM tools or customer handling systems
