Customer Service Representative

Location: College Road, Lahore
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift Timing: Night Shift (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to become part of our team. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their concerns and queries are resolved promptly while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, live chat, or face-to-face interactions in a professional and timely manner
  • Identify customer concerns, determine the root cause, and provide effective solutions along with necessary follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates within the CRM system
  • Handle orders, applications, and service requests efficiently and accurately
  • Follow company policies, communication standards, and service procedures at all times
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the relevant departments when required
  • Recommend ideas and process improvements to enhance customer support operations
  • Manage returns and exchange requests according to company guidelines
  • Maintain a professional, empathetic, and customer-first attitude in every interaction

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Prior experience in customer service or customer support is preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional phone etiquette
  • Knowledge of CRM software/tools will be considered a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail
