As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a vital role as the first point of contact for both current and potential customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. No experience is necessary—we will provide all the training you need to succeed!

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound customer calls with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
• Address and resolve customer concerns, escalating issues to the appropriate team member when necessary.
• Track and input production details, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of production invoices.
• Promote additional services to both current and potential customers.
• Perform general data entry to support team projects and operations.
• Assist other staff members as needed to help keep operations running smoothly.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Positive attitude with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong work ethic with a desire to learn and grow.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced call center environment.
• Proficiency in typing (50 WPM minimum) and basic computer skills preferred.
• Experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.
• Must be punctual, professional, and reliable.

Requirements:

• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Must be available for an on-site position. This is NOT a remote role.
• Must be available Monday – Friday, 10 AM – 7 PM and work some Saturdays 9AM - 1PM.
