Customer Service Representative

Educational Advisor


Responsibilities:

  • Provide consultation and support to students following SOPs.
  • Build strong customer relationships through personalized learning plans.
  • Promote course renewals and follow up with customers to increase conversions.
  • Monitor student progress, analyze data, and suggest improvement strategies.
  • Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Drive renewals, referrals, and achieve sales targets.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1+ year of experience in sales or telesales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for education and customer service.
  • English proficiency (B2+).
  • Target-driven, motivated, and approachable personality.



Work Schedule & Location:

Location:

  • Maadi, Cairo (on-site position)

Schedule:

  • Sunday to Thursday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (includes a 1 hour and 15 min break )
  • Saturday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
  • Friday: Day off
