Customer Service Representative

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Cairo. The role involves providing exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include handling incoming calls, processing orders or requests, and collaborating with teams to enhance the customer experience.


Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree, equivalent degree or dropout above 28 year old with high school diploma is required

English Level B2 or above

Strong verbal and written communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and customer issue escalation

Basic computer literacy, and ability to navigate multiple systems

Excellent organizational and time management abilities to manage customer interactions effectively

Capability to work within a team environment and adapt to a collaborative, fast-paced setting

Flexibility to meet shift schedules as required

Prior customer service or call center experience is a plus
