Customer Service Representative

About Us:

Foods Inn is a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation committed to excellence in the restaurant industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls promptly and courteously.
  • Make outbound calls to confirm orders & for feedback
  • Handling multiple calls efficiently during peak hours.
  • Assisting customers with menu selections and taking accurate orders.
  • Entering the customer’s order in the system received through Food Panda, the website, the mobile app, WhatsApp or a phone call with the accurate address & correct pin location.
  • Entering customer’s reservation & decoration details in the system received through messages on social media or WhatsApp, the website or a phone call.
  • Resolving customer inquiries, concerns, or issues related to orders.
  • Coordinating with kitchen and service staff to ensure accurate and timely order preparation.
  • Coordinating with delivery riders or in-house staff to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Preparing daily closing reports for management.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Intermediate or higher.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Friendly and customer-focused attitude.
  • Familiarity with the restaurant's menu and offerings.
  • Computer skills for data entry of orders & reservations
  • Google Maps knowledge.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes during busy periods.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or in the restaurant industry.

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs42,000.00 per month
