Foods Inn is a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation committed to excellence in the restaurant industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls promptly and courteously.
- Make outbound calls to confirm orders & for feedback
- Handling multiple calls efficiently during peak hours.
- Assisting customers with menu selections and taking accurate orders.
- Entering the customer’s order in the system received through Food Panda, the website, the mobile app, WhatsApp or a phone call with the accurate address & correct pin location.
- Entering customer’s reservation & decoration details in the system received through messages on social media or WhatsApp, the website or a phone call.
- Resolving customer inquiries, concerns, or issues related to orders.
- Coordinating with kitchen and service staff to ensure accurate and timely order preparation.
- Coordinating with delivery riders or in-house staff to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Preparing daily closing reports for management.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Intermediate or higher.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Friendly and customer-focused attitude.
- Familiarity with the restaurant's menu and offerings.
- Computer skills for data entry of orders & reservations
- Google Maps knowledge.
- Ability to handle high call volumes during busy periods.
- Previous experience in a similar role or in the restaurant industry.
