About us:Foods Inn is a dynamic and forward-thinking organization committed to excellence in restaurant industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Check and verify previous day&rsquo;s Inventory closing records.</li><li>Ensure LPG levels are maintained and monitored regularly.</li><li>Receive physical stock from the Warehouse with respect to departments.</li><li>Check quality and production date of all stocks received from warehouse.</li><li>Ensure accuracy of stock received from warehouse with system-generated requisition.</li><li>Distribute stock received from the warehouse to their respective departments.</li><li>Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.</li><li>Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards during shift.</li><li>Check cleaning of all kitchen equipment&rsquo;s &amp; appliances at opening &amp; closing of the shift.</li><li>Ensure staff personal hygiene is maintained at all times.</li><li>Monitor staff attendance and share absentee list with the manager.</li><li>Coordinate with HR for staff-related issues.</li><li>Ensure timely dispatching of all orders from kitchen during the shift.</li><li>Ensure all Kitchen related SOPs are strictly followed during the shift.</li><li>Conduct a Briefing session of all kitchen staff once during the shift.</li><li>Ensure stock is stacked and used as per the FIFO method to maintain quality and freshness.</li><li>Oversee proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment, report technical issues to the maintenance team.</li><li>Maintain discipline, teamwork, and a positive work environment.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Intermediate degree in a related field (a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree is preferred).</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role in a restaurant.</li><li>Basic computer literacy is a must.</li><li>Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge &amp; awareness.</li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills.</li><li>Good knowledge of food, safety standards, and hygiene practices.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Market Competitive Salary</li><li>9 Hours Duty</li><li>Daily Meal</li><li>Weekly Rest Day</li><li>Annual Leaves</li><li>Two Bonuses per year</li><li>Medical Insurance</li><li>Child Education Allowance</li><li>Personal &amp; Family Wedding Allowance</li><li>Travelling Allowance</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
