Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily dining hall operations to ensure smooth, guest-centric service delivery, including cleanliness, maintenance, food presentation, and overall service standards.
- Ensure proper decor for special occasions and maintain customer areas to enhance guest experience and brand image.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members through regular feedback, appreciation sessions, and performance monitoring to support continuous growth.
- Prepare staff rosters, monitor attendance, punctuality, discipline, and ensure proper hiring within approved headcount and budget.
- Oversee preventive maintenance schedules, ensure timely logging of maintenance tasks, and monitor performance of maintenance teams to avoid breakdowns.
- Monitor operational efficiency including product cancellations, counter closing procedures, utility consumption, tip ratios, reservations, and event execution.
- Control and manage inventory, par levels, and daily/weekly stock counts to ensure accurate stock availability and minimize wastage.
- Monitor customer feedback ratios and operational data to identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Review Analysis reports from Accounts and HR departments to address issues and improve overall efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, grooming, and dress code standards while maintaining discipline and professionalism across the team.
- Verify departmental checklists, monitor kitchen output quality, and provide timely updates and reports to reporting authority on operational performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Intermediate accepted with strong experience).
- Minimum 7 years of supervisory or managerial experience in restaurant dining operations.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality management, guest service, menu planning, and food safety standards.
- Proven experience in team training, performance management, and staff development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) for reporting and scheduling.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
