Customer Service Representative

Duties

  • Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and in person, ensuring each interaction is positive and professional
  • Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously
  • Maintain organized records through data entry, filing, and proofreading to ensure information accuracy
  • Assist with front desk duties such as greeting visitors, managing appointment scheduling, and handling inquiries
  • Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for administrative tasks and documentation
  • Support office management activities like calendar management, filing systems, and general clerical support
  • Handle billing, bookkeeping, and basic bookkeeping tasks to support financial accuracy and record keeping

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or customer service roles with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and data entry skills
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or bookkeeping software is a plus
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading and data accuracy
  • Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous but not required
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
