Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries through multi-line phone systems and email correspondence
  • Provide outstanding customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering product or service guidance
  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and maintaining a professional reception area
  • Perform data entry and filing tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office management tools
  • Assist with clerical duties such as proofreading documents, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies
  • Support office management activities including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and time management tasks

Experience

  • Previous office experience or clerical experience in a professional environment is preferred
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Experience with customer service roles that involve phone etiquette and client interaction
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry, proofreading, filing, and time management

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
