Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join our client’s team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer support, handling inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience at every touchpoint.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments when required.
  • Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved.
  • Support internal teams with customer feedback and insights.
  • Meet individual and team performance targets, including response time and satisfaction metrics.


Requirements:


  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts if required.
