Milele Pakistan is looking for a
Customer Service Representative (Multilingual)
to manage both inbound and outbound customer interactions. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and experience in contact center operations.
Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer queries via calls in a professional and timely manner

Make outbound calls for follow-ups, support and customer engagement

Provide accurate information about services and resolve customer concerns

Maintain proper call records and CRM updates

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

Meet assigned call handling and performance targets
Requirements
-
Fluency in English (mandatory) and good command on other languages (Arabic, French, Spanish) will be preferred.

1–3 years of experience in a call center (inbound/outbound)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle customer queries professionally and efficiently

Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office

Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
Note: Profiles having exposure to GCC customer handling and experience in customer support/telesales will be given preference.
