Customer Service Representative

📍 Lahore, Pakistan

Milele Pakistan is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Multilingual) to manage both inbound and outbound customer interactions. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and experience in contact center operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer queries via calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Make outbound calls for follow-ups, support and customer engagement
  • Provide accurate information about services and resolve customer concerns
  • Maintain proper call records and CRM updates
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Meet assigned call handling and performance targets

Requirements

  • Fluency in English (mandatory) and good command on other languages (Arabic, French, Spanish) will be preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a call center (inbound/outbound)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle customer queries professionally and efficiently
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

Note: Profiles having exposure to GCC customer handling and experience in customer support/telesales will be given preference.
