Customer Service Representative

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team! This is more than just a customer service role — it’s an opportunity to build a long-term career with a company that values hard work, positivity, and growth from within.

As a key member of our team, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience for our customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions. We are seeking someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service every day.

Starting pay for this position is $20.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement. Employees who demonstrate strong performance and reliability will be eligible for a $1.00 pay increase after 6 months, and an additional $1.00 increase after 1 year based on a positive performance review.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and face-to-face communication
  • Utilize strong communication and phone etiquette skills to assist customers with confidence and professionalism
  • Analyze customer needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized customer records
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and support daily operations
  • Help create a positive, team-oriented work environment

Experience:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Experience with data entry and customer-facing software
    Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve customer issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Skills:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle high-volume call centers
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Experience with data entry and customer-facing software
  • Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Hours:
Mon-Fri 10:30-7pm
12:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. OR 2:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. Mon – Fri
7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. OR 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday
