Customer Service Representative

Position: Industrial Customer Service Representative

Location: Peachtree City, GA (Onsite – Local Candidates Only)

Job Type: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift

Comp: ~$60K base (DOE, flexible)+ Great Benefits

Overview

Join a small, team-oriented environment supporting customers with parts inquiries, order coordination, and product-related questions. This is a hands-on customer support role tied to real, physical products—ideal for someone organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a manufacturing or product-based setting.

What You’ll Do

Handle inbound calls and emails from customers

Support parts inquiries, pricing, availability, and order status

Prepare and send parts quotations

Process orders and document all activity in CRM/ERP systems

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure follow-up and resolution

Help customers identify and purchase replacement parts

Own customer issues through completion

Required Experience

3–5 years of customer-facing support or account management experience

Experience supporting physical products (manufacturing, equipment, parts, mechanical, automotive, etc.)

Experience working in a small company environment (non-call center)

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Highly organized with consistent follow-up and task ownership

Solid job stability and track record of performance

Experience using CRM, ERP, or order tracking systems for daily work

Critical Requirement (Will Be Screened Heavily)

Candidates must clearly show which systems (CRM/ERP/tools) they’ve used on their resume

Must be able to explain how they used those systems daily (order entry, tracking, documentation, customer follow-up, etc.)

Preferred

Manufacturing, industrial, or automotive background

Experience supporting parts sales, quoting, or order management

Mechanical or electrical aptitude
