Almousl for Domestic Workers Services is looking for a professional, friendly, and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients, handling inquiries, resolving customer concerns, coordinating service requests, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the recruitment process. The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide professional assistance in person, by phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media channels.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding domestic worker recruitment services, packages, and procedures.
- Handle customer complaints, concerns, and service requests in a professional and efficient manner.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and maintain positive relationships.
- Coordinate with recruitment, operations, and administrative teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the company system.
- Schedule appointments, consultations, and customer meetings as required.
- Provide customers with updates regarding recruitment progress and service status.
- Assist in preparing customer-related documents, contracts, and service agreements.
- Escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
- Support customer retention initiatives and contribute to improving service quality.
- Collect customer feedback and assist management in identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (UAE experience preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
