Automated Health Systems has Customer Service Representative positions available in Tallahassee, FL. These positions are on-site.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers by phone by providing helpful, professional, and accurate information regarding healthcare enrollment options.
- Guide individuals through the enrollment process and help them understand available choices.
- Answer questions, resolve concerns, and provide excellent customer service in a supportive call center environment.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update information in computer systems.
- Explain program information clearly and ensure customers understand next steps.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle customer information with professionalism and care.
- Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to provide a positive customer experience.
- Participate in training and stay informed on program updates and procedures.
- Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a call center environment required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred; call center experience a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a professional phone presence.
- Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems.
- Ability to listen, problem-solve, and assist customers with patience and empathy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document information.
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Healthcare, Medicaid, or insurance experience is helpful but not required — training is provided.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Experience in health/human services and knowledge of Medicaid preferred.
- Strong PC proficiency required.
