We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Prepare and issue quotations based on customer requirements.
- Check stock availability and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently while maintaining a professional attitude.
- Maintain strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service.
- Record and update customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with sales and other internal departments to address customer requirements.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards.
Requirements:
- B.Com or BBA qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, client support, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a professional and positive attitude.
