Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

-Warmly greet costumers as they come in.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients over the counter, via phone, and text.

- Tag and mark in incoming laundry orders. Accurately enter garment descriptions into the computer system.

-Accurately assemble, inspect, and bag outgoing orders.

-Make outbound text to follow up on customer inquiries and resolve any issues.

-Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner

Skills:

-Excellent Customer service a must.

- customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Proficient in data entry and able to navigate computer systems efficiently

-Willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs.

-Strong organizational skills.

-Attention to detail.

-Efficient at multitasking.

We are looking to hire for 2 shifts

Fulltime Morning shift: Mondays 7AM-6PM, Tuesdays-Fridays 7AM-1PM

Part-time Afternoon shift: Tuesdays-Fridays 1PM-6PM, Saturdays 9AM-5PM

Training and interviews conducted in Seattle at: Corrys Fine Drycleaning 4640 Union Bay Pl Ne, Seattle WA 98105

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $23.00 per hour
