Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Representative with 3 to 5 years of proven customer support expertise. - Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat channels, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries.
- Maintain accurate data entry records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately when required, adhering to cash handling procedures.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with team members to analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for service improvements or sales growth. Requirements
- Minimum of three years of customer service experience in a call center or client support environment.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities in additional languages are a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and general computer skills.
- Experience with data entry, analysis skills, and outbound calling techniques.
- Familiarity with call center operations, phone etiquette standards, and customer support best practices.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently when needed.
