The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our valued nurses and technicians, playing a crucial role in ensuring they receive outstanding service and support throughout their journey with us.

Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare professionals, expertly handling enquiries via telephone, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide clear and comprehensive information regarding job opportunities, contract details, and the onboarding process.
- Guide candidates through the application and credentialing stages, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Accurately maintain and update records within our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating complex problems to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Collaborate closely with our recruitment and staffing teams to ensure clear communication and support operational goals.
- Foster strong, positive, and lasting relationships with our network of healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in a customer service or a client-facing administrative role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a clear and professional telephone manner.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with a capacity to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A high level of attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software is highly advantageous.
- A genuine, empathetic approach to customer support and problem-solving.
- Experience in the healthcare or recruitment industry is desirable but not essential.
