Job Overview

TargED Biopharmaceuticals B.V. is seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. This full-time position, based in United, Pennsylvania, is an excellent opportunity for an individual passionate about providing outstanding support within a pioneering clinical-stage biotechnology company. As a key point of contact, you will play a crucial role in upholding our company's reputation for excellence and innovation. You will support our mission to develop targeted therapies for thrombotic and cardiovascular diseases, helping us to maintain strong and positive relationships with healthcare professionals, clinical partners, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for enquiries from healthcare professionals, clinical trial sites, and research partners.
• Provide timely, accurate, and professional responses via email, telephone, and other communication channels.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of all interactions and enquiries within our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Liaise effectively with internal teams, including Clinical Operations and Medical Affairs, to resolve complex issues and ensure a seamless service.
• Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion, adhering to strict company policies and industry regulations.
• Gather and report on stakeholder feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our services and communications.
• Support the administrative needs of the team as required to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Essential:
• Proven experience in a customer service, client relations, or a professional administrative role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and empathetic manner.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience using CRM software.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable:
• Previous experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sector.
• A bachelor's degree in life sciences, communications, or a related field.
• Familiarity with medical or scientific terminology.
• Experience working within a regulated environment.
