Customer Service Representative - Aldar Retail Management

As a Guest Ambassador at Saadiyat Grove, you will deliver exceptional, personalized experiences to every guest, combining hospitality with luxury service standards. This high-touch, dynamic role rotates across multiple functions-welcoming, guiding, and supporting guests-while contributing to operational excellence and a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests warmly and professionally, coordinating arrivals, valet, and VIP interactions with poise and cultural awareness.
  • Create personalized guest experiences through curated itineraries, tours, and storytelling about art, design, brands, and cultural programming.
  • Manage guest requests, bookings, and concierge services, anticipating needs with empathy and attention to detail.
  • Ensure mall safety, cleanliness, and operational readiness; monitor lost & found items, cash handling, and special needs support.
  • Act as a liaison between tenants and mall management, collecting feedback and resolving service issues promptly.
  • Deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced, shift-based environment, including weekends, holidays, and seasonal peaks.

Experience & Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in guest service, hospitality, luxury retail, aviation, or fine dining.
  • Experience in luxury, high-profile, or culturally rich environments preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
