Customer Service Representative- Arabic

Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused professional who speaks Arabic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a customer-facing role — such as customer relations, front office, reception, or customer service — within the UAE environment. You’ll be a key point of contact for customers and support internal coordination across departments to ensure high-quality customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction

  • Greet and assist customers professionally in both Arabic and English.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information.
  • Resolve customer issues or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.

Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., operations, sales, logistics) to support customer requests.
  • Keep detailed records of interactions and follow up to ensure closure.
  • Assist with administrative and front office tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and reporting.

Service Quality

  • Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for all visitors and callers.
  • Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in customer relations, front office, or any customer-facing role in the UAE.
✔ Fluent Arabic (spoken and written) with good English communication skills.
✔ Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
✔ Comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic administrative tools.
✔ Professional attitude with a customer-centric mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
