Customer Service Representative - Arabic Speaker-Experienced in Ecommerce Platform

Job Description:

• Experience in MS Office and data programs
• Online orders data-entry in ERP
• Maintaining order logs in excel file
• Customer support (telephone, social media & email)
• Following-up with courier on pending shipments
• Reviewing and checking payments received on bank portal
• Knowledge of HTML is added advantage
• Uploading products on website
• Maintaining complete activity logs and preparing reports
• Typing speed and accuracy In English and Arabic
• Attention to detail & confidentiality

Candidate should have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office with experience in customer support & data-entry, should have minimum 2 years’ experience.

Gaming knowledge a plus and should have worked in Ecommerce Platform

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
