Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Female)

Location: Bahria Town, Lahore
Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)

Timing: 10am-6pm (Mon-Sat)

About the Role:

We are looking for a confident and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative (Female) to join our team in Bahria Town, Lahore. The selected candidate will handle client communication, provide project updates, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the construction process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with clients through calls, messages, and meetings.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal departments for smooth project execution.
• Provide timely updates to clients regarding project progress.
• Manage client feedback and resolve issues professionally.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in client servicing or customer relations (preferably in construction, interior design, or real estate).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable, confident, and well-spoken personality.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
