Customer Service Representative (Beauty & Salon Services Platform)

Overview:
We are seeking an engaging and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to handle client inquiries, promote our salon services platform, and help beauty professionals and clients connect through our software. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to convert leads into bookings while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming calls, messages, and inquiries regarding beauty and salon services.
  • Explain service offerings, pricing, and promotions clearly and persuasively.
  • Guide customers through the booking or registration process using our software application.
  • Maintain client records, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination between salons and customers.
  • Provide feedback from clients to improve product features and service quality.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service or Receptionist, Call Center, or Sales roles (preferably in beauty, wellness, or hospitality industry).
  • Excellent communication skills in Urdu
  • Confident, well-presented, and customer-oriented personality.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or booking software.
  • Intermediate or BA
  • Ability to engage, convince, and build rapport with diverse clients.
