Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions (calls, emails, chats) professionally
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries in a timely manner
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Manage and update customer records in CRM systems
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly performance targets (KPIs)
- Handle customer complaints with patience and problem-solving skills
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick issue resolution
- Conduct follow-ups and ensure customer retention
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)
- Neutral or American accent with clear pronunciation and fluency
- Prior experience in BPO/Call Center or international customer service preferred
- Strong listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in night shifts (as per international time zones)
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)
