Customer Service Representative - BPO

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions (calls, emails, chats) professionally
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries in a timely manner
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Manage and update customer records in CRM systems
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly performance targets (KPIs)
  • Handle customer complaints with patience and problem-solving skills
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick issue resolution
  • Conduct follow-ups and ensure customer retention

Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)
  • Neutral or American accent with clear pronunciation and fluency
  • Prior experience in BPO/Call Center or international customer service preferred
  • Strong listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in night shifts (as per international time zones)
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
