Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Calling Agent with at least 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales calling. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to engage customers effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients
• Respond to inbound customer inquiries
• Promote products and services to generate leads and sales
• Maintain detailed call logs and reports
• Achieve assigned targets and goals

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant calling experience
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle objections and close sales
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
• Goal-driven and customer-focused attitude
