Customer Service Representative - Contract (Hybrid/Remote)

Who We're Looking For:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. If you’re a quick thinker who loves solving problems, staying organized, and jumping into new challenges, you’ll fit right in. This is a great opportunity to make a real impact in the eCommerce space and grow with a fast-paced and collaborative team.

What You'll Do:

• Promptly respond to customer inquiries via email and chat, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy.
• Identify and assess customer needs, striving for complete satisfaction.
• Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints, providing timely solutions and alternatives, with a strong commitment to follow-up.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary.

What You'll Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typing speed of 50+ words per minute.
• Proven customer support experience or similar client service background.
• Exceptionally strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Zendesk or Gorgias.
• Excellent multitasking abilities, effective prioritization, and time management skills.
