Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Islamabad, Pakistan

An IT-Enabled Company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.

Assist customers with product/service information, billing queries, and resolve issues effectively.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Work closely with internal teams to address customer needs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Experience in customer service or a similar role is highly valued.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Location : G 8 Markaz, Islamabad

  • Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
