Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Packaging Industry

We are a growing packaging solutions company, specializing in innovative, high-quality packaging products for a wide range of industries. With a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationships, we are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle inbound calls, emails, and inquiries from customers regarding packaging products, pricing, and services.

· Provide accurate information about order status, lead times, and product availability.

· Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

· Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and after-sales support.

· Manage customer accounts, resolve complaints professionally, and ensure customer satisfaction.

· Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.

· Maintain accurate records of interactions, orders, and customer feedback.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

· Previous experience in customer service (preferably in packaging, printing, or manufacturing industry).

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

· Proficiency in MS Office.

· Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
