About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive and confident Customer Service Representative who can manage client coordination, follow-ups, and service support across our legal, government, and business service portfolio. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a professional personality, and the ability to handle challenging client interactions with patience and clarity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily communication with clients to ensure timely completion of requests and services.
  • Follow up on pending or delayed payments and coordinate any required documentation.
  • Handle client escalations professionally and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications and service progress in the system.
  • Support clients in navigating DocuBay’s web application and digital service tools.
  • Ensure service quality and client satisfaction at all stages of engagement.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or account coordination, preferably in real estate, legal, or government services.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills — confident, clear, and professional.
  • Good understanding of business operations, compliance workflows, and online platforms.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to work across CRM, ticketing, and document management systems.
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Arabic communication skills are a plus (not mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
