Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and guide them about available games and play packages.
  • Assist customers in operating arcade games and gaming machines.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
  • Monitor gaming machines and report any technical issues to the concerned team.
  • Ensure safety rules are followed in the gaming area.
  • Maintain cleanliness and discipline within Playland premises.
  • Prepare daily sales and activity reports using MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Assist in ticketing, billing, and basic cash handling (if required).

.Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory)
  • Strong verbal communication and customer handling skills.
  • Prior experience in Playland / amusement center operations is required.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Presentable personality with professional attitude.
  • Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Salary & Benefits

  • PKR 40,000 – 50,000 per month (depending on experience).
  • One-time meal during duty hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
