Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and guide them about available games and play packages.
- Assist customers in operating arcade games and gaming machines.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Monitor gaming machines and report any technical issues to the concerned team.
- Ensure safety rules are followed in the gaming area.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline within Playland premises.
- Prepare daily sales and activity reports using MS Word and MS Excel.
- Assist in ticketing, billing, and basic cash handling (if required).
.Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Strong verbal communication and customer handling skills.
- Prior experience in Playland / amusement center operations is required.
- Good working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
- Presentable personality with professional attitude.
- Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Salary & Benefits
- PKR 40,000 – 50,000 per month (depending on experience).
- One-time meal during duty hours.
